Coming from a big family of blue-collar workers, I was raised with strong values centered around hard work and helping others. As the oldest male, I learned the importance of providing for my family at an early age. This instilled in me a drive for success.
I always wanted to be the change I wished to see in the world personally and professionally. However, as I've grown older, I realized that business succession planning was important for small businesses too. I now have the incredible opportunity to help others create their legacies.
Being able to support and guide others on their journeys has become one of the biggest blessings I could have ever asked for. From that blessing the idea behind Pathfinder was born.
